Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with global suppliers to bring you high-quality wellness devices directly. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to register with the shipping carrier.
If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@healthybydesign.shop with your name and order number, and we will gladly investigate it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Healthy By Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@healthybydesign.shop immediately within 12 hours of placing your order.
