How to Initiate a Return

2. Once approved, our team will provide you with the return address and instructions. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first).

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
